Accredited digital signature, valid throughout Spain

It carries exactly the same legal validity as the paper version with a handwritten stamp and signature. Universities, courts, civil registries and public authorities all accept it.

If the authority insists on paper, you receive it on paper too.

Certification of a sworn translation. The wording is the one in Annex II of Orden AEC/2125/2014 and the stamp carries the three lines of Annex I: name, language and sworn translator number. In yellow, the only parts that change with each project. The stamp and signature have been intentionally blurred to prevent document forgery.
  • The translation, stamped and signed With the certification wording at the end, exactly as shown above.
  • A copy of the original, stamped and dated on every page This is not an extra: article 8.5 of Orden AEC/2125/2014 requires it so that the authority can verify which document the translation is based on.
  • Everything in one PDF with an electronic signature The recipient sees the signature panel on opening it and can check the certificate.
  • And in hard copy, if requested Some authorities still require it. In that case it is printed, stamped and posted.
